Cancellation Policy

~ WATERSHED WELLNESS COOPERATIVE Room Cancellation Policy ~ Watershed operates on shared infrastructure and shared responsibility. When a practitioner reserves a session/room block they are holding a resource. Our cancellation policy exists to honor that & to protect the financial stability of every member who depends on the space to run a sustainable practice. ~ Standard Policy ~ Bookings/shift blocks may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the claimed time window. While operating fees will not be collected for cancellations made with greater than 14-days notice, session(s)/blocks cancelled with less than 14 days notice will contribute 100% of claimed time to the operating fee. ~ Cancellation Within 14 Days ~ When a practitioner cancels a booking within 14 days of the scheduled time rather than rescheduling, a cancellation fee of 100% of the ops fee for that booking applies. Example: Pink Room Scheduled booking: 2 hours = $40 Cancellation within 14 days = $40 cancellation fee Example: Group Room Scheduled booking: Half Day = $70 Cancellation within 14 days = $70 cancellation fee ~ The 48-Hour Reschedule Window ~ If a date doesn't work, pitch it forward. Reschedule anytime before the 48-hour notice window. To reschedule: log into your Room Booking Portal, find your upcoming booking, and select a new date & time. If you need assistance reach out to info@watershedcoop.org. ~ Why This Policy Exists ~ This policy was voted on & adopted by Watershed's Worker Members. It is designed to: ✦ Protect the financial stability of the cooperative and the shared services it sustains ✦ Encourage practitioners to plan ahead — for their own sustainability, for their clients, and for the community around them ✦ Distinguish Watershed as a home for professionals practicing matriarchal values ✦ Create the predictability that allows Watershed to invest in its space, its practitioners, and its mission Planning ahead is a cooperative value. When you claim time at Watershed you are participating in a shared ecosystem. ~ Cancellation: Operating Fee Collection ~ These operating fees are collected at payroll & will be reflected in your individual payout report. ~ Exceptions ~ Documented emergencies such as illness, family emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may be discussed & reviewed as they occur. Please communicate same day cancelled bookings with the Managing Council for half of the cost of the shift to be allocated.
