Join us for a transformational long weekend on a beautiful horse farm just under 30 minutes from Nashville.
This intimate retreat — limited to 10 participants — weaves together lymphatic self-care education, clinical group hypnosis, somatic movement, equine-assisted healing, and intentional ritual into a full-body, full-being reset.
Stay in cozy cabins with wood-burning stoves or a geodesic dome under the night sky. Sweat in a fire-burning sauna. Plunge into clean, mineral-rich spring water. Walk barefoot on the earth and spend time in the quiet presence of horses.
Facilitated by Collins Hohne LMT, Melisse Prusinski MS LMFT, Melissa Riley, Ph.D, and Rachel Bourke LMT, this weekend is designed to help you understand how trauma and restriction live in the body — and give you the tools, the experiences, and the community to begin releasing them.
