We invite clients to book the spa area before or after their treatment services. 
 

The cedar sauna's dry heat and the steam room's eucalyptus-infused mist create the perfect environment for:

  • Supporting your body's natural detox process

  • Deepening the benefits of your mental health & bodywork

  • Clearing your mind and breathing deeply

  • Caring for your skin from the inside out

  • Taking time to simply be present

NOTE: All spa visits are by appointment only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
