Walk into a clean, equipped treatment room with shared infrastructure already in place — scheduling support, a practitioner community, and the option to go deeper into Watershed's shared services platform when you're ready. You bring your practice. We bring the space.
Values-Aligned Community
Watershed is a Multi-stakeholder Solidarity Cooperative focused on establishing accessible health and wellness care in our community — by ensuring that the practitioners delivering that care have access to professional, non-extractive workspace.

Every room at Watershed is designed with your practice and your clients in mind.
A dedicated space for massage, reiki, energy work, acupuncture and somatic bodywork. The room features a standard massage table with memory foam padding and a table warmer, a towel warmer, and a sink with purified water on tap. Bring your own linens and everything else is waiting for you.
$20/hour — hourly rental
Also available as a half-day, long-day, or full-day shift block through our Worker Member pathway.
Bodywork Room
Comfort + Clean
Two private rooms designed for clinical therapy, counseling, and healing conversations. Each space offers comfortable seating, gentle lighting, and the privacy you need to do deep work. Whether you're building a caseload or already established, these rooms are ready for you and your clients.
$20/hour — hourly rental
Available as a half-day, long-day, or full-day shift block through our Worker Member pathway.
Mental Health Rooms (2)
Calm + Private
A multifunction space built for movement classes, group therapy, educational workshops, and community gatherings. Flexible layout accommodates small groups of up to 8–10 people comfortably. Whether you're teaching, facilitating, or gathering, this room holds it.
$40/hour — hourly rental
Also available as a half-day or full-day shift block through our Worker Member pathway.
Group Room
Flexible + Expansive
Offer your clients something they can't get anywhere else. Watershed's spa features a dry cedar sauna, steam spa, and mineral showers — available to rent as a standalone experience or added on to any session as a complement to your clinical work. A powerful tool for nervous system regulation, recovery, and whole-body care.
$30/hour — client add-on

This step is about more than logistics — we are looking for practitioners who believe that healthcare can be delivered differently, and that the most transformative outcomes happen in the liminal space where individual practice meets collective care. And that cooperative ownership is not just a business model — it is a commitment to each other, and community centered medicine. If that resonates with you — we want to hear your voice.

Once approved you will receive your membership code and a direct link to get started.
Your $120/year membership is your entry point into Watershed — unlocking your Room Booking Portal, connecting you to our practitioner community, and opening the door to something most rental spaces will never offer you: a real pathway to ownership.
This is not just access to a room. It is the first step inside a worker-owned cooperative built on the belief that many hands make light work — and that the people doing the work deserve to own what they are building.

PRACTICE
Log in to the Renter Member Portal and book your first session. Treatment rooms starting at $20/hour and groups at $40/hour.

Stay as a Rental Member for as long as it serves you. When you are ready to go deeper — the cooperative ownership pathway is open to you — surplus distribution, democratic governance, and a real stake in what we are building together.

Most of us were taught to fit our lives around our work. To grind. To hustle. To build a solo practice from scratch and carry every piece of it alone — the taxes, the software, the website, the booking system, the marketing, the building maintenance, the billing.
What if it didn't have to be that way?
Watershed Wellness COOP is an experiment in cooperative structure — a living attempt to build a different relationship between work, community, and wellbeing. Not a group practice. Not a corporate employer. Something genuinely different.

Some practitioners arrive at Watershed looking for more than a room. They are looking for a way out of hustle culture. A way to use their energy to build the world they want to live in. A way to participate in something that outlasts any one session or any one client. If that is you — this is for you. Watershed's cooperative ownership pathway is open to every renting member who wants to take it. There is no pressure and no timeline. But when you are ready the door is open. Becoming a Worker Member and eventually an owner begins with alignment, and participation in our cooperative community.
As a Worker Member moving toward ownership you step into:
✦ Democratic governance — one member one vote on the decisions that shape your workspace and your community
✦ Surplus distribution — a share of what the cooperative earns paid back to the people who generated it biannually in December and June
✦ Collective stewardship — a voice in what gets built, what gets repaired, what gets invested in, and where Watershed goes next
✦ Economic participation in the cooperative movement — joining a global community of businesses built on the belief that the people doing the work deserve to own it.
This is still work. We are still inside capitalism. Watershed does not promise to fix that. But it is a genuine attempt to practice differently inside of it — together.
