Service Description

Join Collins Hohne, LMT as she launches regular gatherings where we explore what it feels like to engage in social, interpersonal healthcare. Where we learn and study the far reaching effects of healthy touch, movement, nutrition, and self-massage techniques for optimizing lymphatic health. We will discover best practices for utilizing lymphatic self care tools, such as gua sha, cups, dry brushing, kinetic taping, scalp massagers, loofa, castor oil, warm towels, and hydrotherapy. We will discuss the dynamics of fascial adhesion, toxicity storage, scar tissue, emotional blockages, chronic inflammation, and autoimmunity. We will also learn to use the best lymphatic tool of all—OUR HANDS 🙌 Come! It'll be fun, promise.
