Service Description
In this first treatment we will sit down to go over your extensive intake paperwork. I will hear about your skin in your own words as well as see through my own lens what method of treatment will be best. We will set a list of goals for your skin and create a treatment plan to meet those goals based on your budget and availability. I use this consultation process to educate my clients on their skin. After the consultation I will perform a short treatment to further educate you on your skin and what benefits treatment can offer you. Afterwards, I will recommend products for you to purchase and explain the purpose of each product in your routine. I will send you home will detailed instructions on how to use each product as well as a cheat sheet for what each product does. We will prebook appointments based on the treatment plan I create for you. I believe consultation, seasonal product usage, education and creating a treatment plan are key to achieving the goals you have for your skin. Once you achieve your goals, maintenance treatments can be booked at your convenience under the Treatment Plan booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. No-shows (failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will also be charged the full service amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
