Spring Equinox Retreat || Lymphatic Self-Care, Trauma Resilience & Equine Healing
A Long Weekend of Embodiment, Surrender, and Coming Back into Flow
Nestled on a beautiful horse farm in Ashland City — just under 30 minutes from Nashville — this Spring Equinox weekend invites you into a safe, lightly rugged outdoor experience designed to help you come home to your body.
Stay in cozy cabins with wood-burning stoves, or a geodesic dome under the night sky. Sweat in a fire-burning sauna. Take the plunge into a stunning infinity cold plunge fed by clean, mineral-rich spring water. Walk barefoot on the earth. Move alongside horses, and breathe in the first full breath of spring.
This is a weekend retreat built around lymphatic self-care and deep immersion into trauma resilience, somatic healing, and the art of embodiment and surrender.
Through education, movement, group therapy, equine connection, and intentional ritual, we gently confront the restrictions held in our inner fibers — the places where life has left its mark — and we learn to release them.
Join Collins Hohne, LMT, Melisee Prusinski, and a small intimate group of fellow travelers as we gather around the fire, step into the Spring, and find our way back into flow.
This is not a spa weekend. This is a coming back home into being.
Goals
What You Can Expect to Walk Away With:
A deeper understanding of how trauma and emotional restriction live in the body through fascia and the lymphatic system
Practical lymphatic self-care tips and techniques you can take home and use daily
A felt sense of what it means to surrender — physically, emotionally, and somatically
Breakthroughs in subconscious patterns that have kept you stuck, contracted, or defended
A more fluid, embodied relationship with your nervous system and how it responds to stress
Experience with somatic movement practices including qigong and equine-assisted healing
The grounding and reset that comes from intentional time in nature — barefoot, fire-side, and water-immersed
Connection with a safe, intimate community of people doing the same deep work
A renewed sense of resilience — not as toughness, but as the ability to flow through rather than brace against
