This structured 6-week course of manual lymphatic drainage is for clients in the maintenance phase of lymphatic care. Three 2-hour sessions, spaced every other week, are designed to support consistent lymphatic flow and help maintain the progress made through earlier or ongoing care. Sessions are 2 hours because the lymphatic system works as one connected system — even when we're focused on a specific area, addressing the whole system gives fluid densities the time and space to actually shift and settle, rather than just moving fluid locally.
