Cancellation Policy
~ WATERSHED WELLNESS COOPERATIVE Room Cancellation Policy ~ Watershed operates on shared infrastructure & shared responsibility. When a practitioner reserves a session/room block they are holding a resource. Our cancellation policy exists to honor that & to protect the financial stability of every member who depends on the space to run a sustainable practice. ~ Standard Policy ~ Bookings may be rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. ~ Cancellation Within 7 Days ~ When a renter member cancels a room booking within 7 days of the scheduled time rather than rescheduling, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ops fee for that booking applies. Example: Bodywork Room Scheduled booking: 2 hours = $50 Cancellation within 7 days = $25 cancellation fee Example: Group Room Scheduled booking: Half Day = $90 Cancellation within 7 days = $45 cancellation fee ~ The 48-Hour Reschedule Window ~ If a date doesn't work, pitch it forward. Reschedule anytime before the 48-hour notice window. To reschedule: log into your Room Booking Portal, find your upcoming booking, and select a new date & time. It is designed to: ✦ Protect the financial stability of the cooperative and the shared services it sustains ✦ Encourage practitioners to plan ahead — for their own sustainability, for their clients, and for the community around them ✦ Distinguish Watershed as a home for professionals practicing matriarchal values ✦ Create the predictability that allows Watershed to invest in its space, its practitioners, and its mission Planning ahead is a cooperative value. When you claim time at Watershed you are participating in a shared ecosystem. ~ Cancellation: Rental Fee Collection ~ Room rental fees are collected at checkout. Cancellations made prior to the 7-day cancellation notice period will be fully reimbursed for released space, whereas cancellations made inside of the 7-day cancellation window will be reimbursed 50% of claimed time.
